Bien cordialement

They supplied and fitted the following :
– Bathroom – the wc, handbasin and shower.
– Kitchen – the sink unit and refrigerator.
– Bedroom and open plan sitting/kitchen area – air conditioning.
– “Locale Technique” – water softener & water pressure pump (both also serving the main house).
At the very start of this project Sanitval gave us great confidence in their ability to successfully carry out the work.
Following a site visit and briefing, they were able to quickly present us with a selected range of options for the fittings – taps, wash hand basin, wc & wall flush unit, shower head, sink, refrigerator – which enabled us to choose everything at one meeting on their premises. During the project they met their deadlines and, most importantly, met our expectations for top quality workmanship & finish.
I must also add that Stéphane Herlicq and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were always readily contactable, friendly and very customer orientated in their approach.
As a result, the project was completed on time, in line with the quotation and to the high standard we demanded.
Since completion, this attitude has been maintained and, thus, the ‘after sales service’ has been excellent.
Consequently, I am happy to write this testimonial and have no hesitation in recommending Sanitval to other potential customers.
